The store sells products to individuals of the age of majority. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

How to order

The products are ordered online by moving them into the shopping cart and paying the contents of the cart on the checkout page. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information requested for the order will not be used for any purposes other than the delivery of the order or to clarify the information contained therein, unless otherwise stated. When ordering in Zarja online store you are required to become acquainted with and commit to the terms and conditions in force at any given time.

Payment and payment methods

The payment service is provided by Checkout Finland Oy. Payment options include credit cards and payment services of Finnish online banks.

By submitting the order you agree to Zarja's general terms and conditions.

Order confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will email you an order confirmation which shows your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation for future reference. When you are in touch with our customer service, please keep your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the items in the order confirmation.

Delivery Methods and Costs

Shipping costs include postal and packaging costs. We will provide an estimate of the shipping costs in the shopping cart according to the primary delivery method. When you have selected the payment and delivery methods the exact shipping costs will be calculated and displayed. 

The available delivery methods depend on the content and total weight of the order. You can choose a payment method which is the most suitable option for you.

Delivery time

The delivery time varies depending on the content of your order and selected delivery method. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are reported if the shopping cart has products which are out of stock. We also report possible delays to you immediately after ordering.

We are not responsible for the delays caused by force majeure or the indirect harm caused by delays. Zarja online store informs about abnormal delivery times on this website.

Return Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the order within 14 days without notice. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the last item is received or downloaded from the date of receipt of the order.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the order in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by e-mail). 

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel the order, we will refund you all the funds we have received from you, including the standard shipping costs (excluding any extra costs you have chosen that differ from the most cost effective standard delivery), without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice. We will make a refund in the same form of payment that you have used in the original transaction unless you explicitly agree to something else, and in any case, so that you will not be charged for the reimbursement of the money.

You must return the goods without delay and at the latest 14 days after the cancellation notice. The deadline has been respected if you return the goods back before the end of the 14 day period concerned. You are liable for any reduction of value of the goods.

Unreceived or unaccepted package 

This applies to cases where the delivery company is not able to reach the customer according to their standard delivery protocol, or the customer refuses to receive the delivery. Failure to deliver due to these reasons is not the same as a refund or cancellation. For undelivered shipments without a separate cancellation notice, we charge the delivery costs.

Troubleshooting

If the product has been lost or damaged during the transport or otherwise does not correlate with your order, you must notify us of the error within 14 days by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact details. If the package is clearly damaged during the transport, you must immediately make a complaint to the transport company.
